The much-coveted chiseled Jawline is just a simple practice away. The simplicity of this exercise is almost inconceivable. “Open your mouth and place entire upper surface of your tongue on the upper palate. Keep applying pressure to hold the tongue in place. Ensure undue forces not applied on the opening of the lips as this could lead to appearance of wrinkles in the stressed area.”

The simplest way to perform it is to combine it with one of your regular activities such as travelling, driving or while watching television. Perform 20 times, three times a day, for a month and be ready to meet your ‘Toned up, Well-Defined and Crisped Jawline.’ Attention men!!
