There was a time when sugar consumption used to be only around 1 kg in a month’s time. Today, it is 1 kg or even more in a week and the process starts at a very early stage of life. Most of the outside food has hidden sugar in it, without we even realizing it so distinctly. This piling up of sugar from childhood starts manifesting in different forms of diseases much before it can be expected.
