Migraine and Hot Shower

The therapeutic qualities of a hot shower are multitudinous. One of the magical traits that can be attributed to it, is its ability to calm "the dreaded migraine " at its very onset. Taking a hot head shower, as soon as one feels the first symptom of migraine, has the capability of nipping that bud at its very root. The hot running water allows for the expansion of the cranial capillaries, which calms nerve cells and soothes the pain away. Do try this method as soon as you start feeling the uneasiness of an impending migraine attack. Do check out other videos connected with migraine.
