Quick-fix to your Migraine

Inversion does help in case of migraine. Many of my students, suffering from migraine, have authenticated this fact as an outcome of their regular practice. One of the simple logic to this is: ‘increased oxygenated blood flow to your head’, which rejuvenates the brain and improves its functioning, thereby, working directly on the source of the problem. One important discovery brought about by the practitioners, during such practice was: ‘slight increased pressure on the crown’, during inversion, showed a better and faster relief. This kind of inversion would ideally require Sirshasana, which can pose a challenge to many. The embedded video in the blog is a simple practice, can be performed by anyone without any prior practice or preparation. When done with full awareness as guided, it will not only release the migraine pain but at the same time release the tension at the juncture, where the back of the head ends and the neck starts.
